- Chat conversations that you upload for analysis
- Onboarding information (relationship context, reasons for using the app, emotional state)
- Responses to questions about your relationship concerns and hopes
- User and partner names extracted from chat conversations
- User preferences and settings stored locally on your device
- Subscription and purchase information (processed through RevenueCat and the App Store/Play Store)
- Device information and usage data
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Analyze chat conversations to generate toxicity reports
- Process transactions and send related information
- Send technical notices and support messages
3. Data Storage and Security
- Your chat data is processed securely and is not permanently stored on our servers.
- Data is stored locally on your device using secure storage (e.g., AsyncStorage): chat content, user preferences, onboarding answers, and subscription status.
- Data is only transmitted to our servers for the analysis process and removed after the report is generated.
4. Data Retention
We retain chat data only as long as necessary to provide our services and generate your report. Once analysis is complete, your chat data is deleted from our servers. We may keep anonymized, aggregated data for analytics.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We may share information only:
- With your consent
- To comply with legal obligations
- To protect our rights and safety
- With service providers who help operate our app, including:
- RevenueCat (subscription management and payment processing)
- OpenAI (chat analysis via our secure server; OpenAI processes but does not store your data)
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store (payment processing)
All service providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
